Goeman Auction Service has been providing quality auction management to the Midwest for close to 5 decades! We pride ourselves on the diversity of business that we conduct, and we feel that we are highly qualified to take on any type of auction sale, ranging from farmland to commercial and residential real estate; and any type of personal property auction from farm equipment to construction equipment and building materials to antiques of any class to the dispersal of household items. Our name includes the word "service" and you will find few other firms that provide as many as we do.

Your Place or Ours

The Goeman Auction Pavilion is located 15 minutes southwest of Sioux Falls, just north of Lennox, S.D. VIEW MAP It offers a 6,000 square foot custom built auction Pavilion with an office for computerized clerking; raised podium; lunch counter and has the ability to seat 300 comfortably. Located on 35 acres, out pavilion allows ample room for the largest equipment and materials auctions and parking for even the largest crowds.

In addition to our pavilion auctions, we also offer the most modern of "on the premises" auction equipment including an auction camper with built in p.a. system; a 22' self contained clerking trailer; flatbeds; tables and anything else necessary to make your auction a success! For those not in a position to have an "on the premises" auction, or are not able to transfer the property to our facility, we have a custom built 16' enclosed trailer and a diesel truck that we offer as part of our moving services.
